Lauren Litchman grew up at the lake and began practicing yoga in high school when her dad introduced her to it.  At first, it was just every once in a while, but yoga soon became an important part of Lauren’s life.  n 2018 she completed her 200hr YTT program through Zuna Yoga and has continued to explore different styles of yoga throughout the years.  She looks forward to bringing a blend of her favorite flows to the lake this summer.  Off the mat, you can find her hiking, enjoying the lake, or a good meal with her friends  and family.
