DESCRIPTION:Yoga on the Beach – $15 bring your own mat. \nLauren Litchman grew up at the lake and began practicing yoga in high school when her dad introduced her to it.  At first\, it was just every once in a while\, but yoga soon became an important part of Lauren’s life.  n 2018 she completed her 200hr YTT program through Zuna Yoga and has continued to explore different styles of yoga throughout the years.  She looks forward to bringing a blend of her favorite flows to the lake this summer.  Off the mat\, you can find her hiking\, enjoying the lake\, or a good meal with her friends  and family.
